Elevated Lighting Systems is an Austin boutique event lighting service that designs and manufactures elegant cordless table, spot, and lounge lighting fixtures which set up quickly and perform brilliantly. Our specialty is elegant functional event lighting. We love helping make each client’s event successful and provide each one the same interest and attention to detail.
A creative spirit of invention and innovation has been with Greg for as long as he can remember. He will half-jokingly tell you his interest in lighting probably began with a fascination of bright shiny objects in the crib. Arriving in Austin in 1967, he has seen and experienced much of the city’s evolution as well as its culture. His involvement in arts and entertainment began early with lighting taking front and center during the late 80s. Greg holds a BFA in Theatrical Design and Technology from UT and through the years has been fortunate to work alongside and meet some of the lighting industry’s most successful leaders.
When he is not helping make a client’s life brighter, Greg enjoys creating solutions, 3D printing, making new friends, contributing to his community as its property owners association’s current and past president, boating on Lake Travis, being in nature, and listening to non-fiction audiobooks, especially those of his favorite author, historian, and philosopher Will Durant.
